Who We Are

Adventure Wellbeing School is an Independent Special School. We collect and use personal information about pupils, parents, and staff in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Mr Davis, k.davis@awschools.com.

What Information We Collect

  • Pupil details: name, date of birth, medical needs, special educational needs (SEN) information
  • Parent/guardian details: contact information, emergency contacts
  • Staff details: employment records, qualifications
  • Attendance, safeguarding, and behaviour records
  • Transport information (if applicable, e.g., school bus tracking app)
