Meet the Team

Executive Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead

Introducing Mrs Colley

As Executive Headteacher I support Miss Doyle and the rest of the school team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for your child to make progress both academically and holistically.

I want children to have an exceptional education and school experience providing them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make their way in the world.

I truly believe that every child deserves the same chance in education and feel very passionate that all children should have the same opportunities to succeed. I feel privileged to work in a career that I am wholeheartedly committed to, and feel so passionate about.

Introducing Miss Doyle

Hello, I’m Miss Doyle, the Head of School and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) at our school. I am committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential.

As Head of School, I provide strategic leadership to ensure high-quality teaching, strong safeguarding practices, and a culture where wellbeing, inclusion, and achievement are at the heart of everything we do. Alongside this, in my role as SENCo, I lead on special educational needs provision, working closely with staff, parents and carers, and a range of external professionals to identify needs early and put effective, tailored support in place.

I am passionate about ensuring that all pupils feel valued, understood, and confident in their learning. My aim is to promote positive outcomes both academically and socially, and ensure every child is given the opportunity to thrive and succeed as an individual.
