Choosing a school is the most important decision you will make for your child. That is why we involve your whole family at every step, and work in partnership with you and your local authority to give your child the best possible chance of the right placement.

Children who join Adventure Wellbeing School will usually have an Education, Health and Care Plan. Referrals come directly from families, using the form above, and from the local authority education office responsible for your child. You can also email our referrals team at referrals@awschools.com with any questions.

We operate an open-door policy. You are welcome to talk to us at any stage, and you do not need to wait until you have made a formal referral.
